He was predeceased by: his father Samuel E. Garver; his grandparents, Lois Dean, Margaret and Oliver Tervo; and his aunt Annabelle Gene Boyles.
He is survived by: his mother Audrey M. Garver; his brother Clint Garver (Dana); and his girlfriend Joanne Kuhn.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (941 S Mill St, New Castle, PA 16107). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
