He is survived by: his children, Charles V. Bell (late Selina), Brenda Felder (George), Torrance Bell (Grace) and Tina Owens; and his siblings, Terry Bell (Faye), Arthur Duwayne Bell (Stephanie), Elizabeth Adams (late Walter) and Melinda Allen (late Medford Allen). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
