He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Cottrill, Sr. and Mary Westfall Cottrill Barnes; and his siblings, Dale Cottrill and Carol Steele. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Tedrow Main; his children, Curtis A. Cottrill, Michael S. Cottrill (Sadie), Ray Main, Jr. (Lena), Alex Main and Kaytlyn Main; and his sister Linda Weltey. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
