It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Marie Shipman (New Castle, Pennsylvania), who passed away on December 8, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nick Cangey and Mary Ann Trepicone Cangey. She is survived by: her sons, David Shipman and Stephen Shipman (Leah); her siblings, Marcy Mendicino and Gary Cangey; her grandson Stephen; her nieces, Krista Kioalicas and Carly Mendicino; her nephew Peter Mendicino; and her aunt Rita Tommelleo. She is also survived by three great-nephews.
She formerly held positions at Community Alternatives, Bair Foundation, and various nursing homes in the community.
