She was predeceased by : her parents, Louis and Theresa Fornataro, Sr. (Davis); her husband Charles J. Lombardo; and her brother Louis Fornataro, Jr.. She is survived by : her daughters, Shannon Osborne (Cody) of West Middlesex, PA and Jenna Lombardo of New Castle; and her siblings, Mark Fornataro of Bradenton, FL, Paul Fornataro of Houston, TX and Felicia Fornataro-Seiler of New Castle. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
