It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Kosciuszko of New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 4, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Anthony J. Allegro. She is survived by: her mother Dolores M. Toth Allegro; her husband William "Bill" Kosciuszko; her children, Amy Marvel (Douglas) and William Kosciuszko (Yessica); and her brothers, John Allegro, Mark Allegro (Judy) and David Allegro (Braunda).
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (3000 Wilmington Rd, New Castle, PA 16107). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St Vitus Church (910 S Mercer St, New Castle, PA 16101).
