She is survived by: her children, Ernie DeCarlo, Alan DeCarlo (Donna) and Jeff DeCarlo (Dottie); her siblings, William Llewellyn (Carol), Carl Llewellyn, Steve Llewellyn (Renee) and Deb Llewellyn; her grandchildren, Matthew DeCarlo (Jaclyn), AJ DeCarlo (Jess) and Jason Johns (Gwen); and her great grandchildren, Gabriella, Brayden, Matthew and Jackson.
