He is survived by: his wife Kathy Louis (Crespo); his daughter Alisha Jones; his grandchildren, Kaila Louis, Sean Louis and Louis Domenick; his great grandchild Terell Lyles; his stepdaughter Karen Waters; and his siblings, Billy Lewis of New Castle, Dennis Lewis of North Carolina, Gilbert Lewis of Arizona and Patricia Robinson (Lewis) of New Castle.
