She was predeceased by: her parents, George Plonka and Mary Plonka (Zombeck); her husband Raymond J. Koszela; and her siblings, Frank, Joseph, Louis, Stanley Plonka, Clara Kurtz, Helen Keil, Leona Jendrysik, Stella Mielcusny and Bertha Iwanejko.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan McMullen (Ken) of Center Township; her granddaughters, Sarah Lough (Dan) of Aurora, OH and Leah McMullen of Broadview Heights, OH; her great grandchild Audrey Lough; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Koszela and Olga Koszela. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
