He is survived by: his wife Deborah Mastropietro; his children, Frank Genareo, Jr. and Vicki Sparano (Stanley Okusewsky); his siblings, Ron Genareo (Phyllis), John Genareo (Delores) and Mary Smith (Paul); his grandchildren, Alexis Sparano (Zach Yanssens-Ream), Daniel Sparano and Marco Genareo; and his great grandchild Mina. He is also survived by his family, especially his grandchildren and great-granddaughter.
