She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob John and Sarah Decker (Meyers); and her husband James N. Smith. She is survived by: her children, David J. Smith, Stephen J. Smith and Elizabeth A. Smith; her granddaughters, Sarah E. Sukachevin-Smith of Pittsburgh and Catherine A. Smith of Bridgewater; and her caregiver Visiting.
