She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Tkach and Sophie Tkach (Sivak); her husband John G Mattie; her children, Barbara Pagan and Christopher Mattie; her siblings, Frank, Joseph, John, Mike, Albert, Ann Marion, Frances Torok and Sophie Saldo; John.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Beatrice (Joseph) of Charlottesville and John G. Mattie Jr. of Pulaski, PA; her grandchildren, John Mattie III (Lacey Hammond), Mark R. Mattie, Christina Delaney (Ian) and Amber Morris; and her great grandchildren, Madison Morris, Caden Delaney and Paige Delaney. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
