She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Watt and Gladys Watt (Baxter); her husband Randolph S. Bailey; her daughter Melissa S. Baughman; and her siblings, Samuel, Frank Watt and Shirley Grotzinger.
She is survived by: her sons, Randy S. Bailey and Harley D. Bailey (Kelsey); and her siblings, Ike Watt, Mary Cummings, Carol Richard and Bonnie Karr (Patty Bara). She is also survived by grandchildren, many great-grandchildren.
