She is survived by: her husband Richard Higgins; her children, Kerry Alberico (Jason), Devin Higgins (Jessica DeLillo), Jessica Higgins (Robert Taylor) and Kylee Higgins (Adam Kotlinski); her grandchildren, Alexander, Brayden Alberico, Deacon Higgins, Taliyah Frobe, Stella and Sadie Kotlinski; her great grandchildren, Lottie and Sawyer Alberico; and her siblings, Gail Sidletsky (Tom) of Sheridan, WY, James of New Castle, PA., Julie of New Castle, PA. and Jeffrey Moore of New Castle, PA..
