He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordy Flak and Marcyne Flak (Biddle); his daughter Jessica Flak; and his sister Christine Flak. He is survived by: his children, David J. Rouser (April), Christopher G. Flak (Bridgett Gambill), Danielle M. Flak (Mike Swietzer) and Brittany N. Flak; his siblings, Michael Flak, Donald Nelson and Suzanne Aeschbacher; and his former wife Nicole Rouser. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asked that memorial contributions can be made directly to the funeral home.
