She was predeceased by: her daughter Sharon Lynne Krestel Hudach; her parents, Emil Levensky and Wanda Blazak Levensky; and her siblings, Emil, Buzzy, Carole and Eleanor.
She is survived by: her children, Susan L Bartholomew of New Castle, John H. Krestel, Jr. of New Castle and Jill A. Krestel of New Castle. She is also survived by her 8 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations to her favorite charities St. Jude Children's Cancer Hospital, Doctors without Borders, and Smile Train would be appreciated.
