He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Coulter and Florence Coulter (Kennedy); his former wife Shirley (Reynolds); his daughter Barbara Shetty; his stepsons, Jeff Holler and Brian Holler; and his siblings, Arthur Kennedy, Jim Coulter, Cliff Coulter, Pat Byers and Ann Fulkman.
He is survived by: his wife Carole; and his stepchildren, Anand Shetty, Karen Stanley (Todd), Loren Holler (Debbie), Herb Holler (Michelle), Tim Holler (Crystal), Diane Lewis (Walt) and Pam Watkins (Brian). He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
