He was predeceased by: his parents, John Russell and Dorothy Topper (Gumpf); and his brother Ronald Topper. He is survived by: his son Gregory Topper; and his grandson Gaetano Topper (Guy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
