It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Lockett of New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 8, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew Lockett, Jr.; and her siblings, Sammy Lee English, Carolyn Blackmon and Mary Lee Blackmon-Taylor. She is survived by: her children, Tabitha L. Lockett, Crystal Anne Murphy, Andrea S. Lockett and John T. Payne (Karen); her siblings, Arlora Holyfield-Kimbrough, Robert Williams and Ricky Benson; and her grandsons, Jesse and Jacob Wendell. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
