She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Harrah and Anna Harrah (Thornton); her husband Anthony P. "Anthy" Anzalone; her children, Veronica Smith and Vincent Anzalone; and her siblings, Arthur "Bud" Veard, Jim Cordell, Edward Harrah, Mary "Joan" Wimer and Eileen Guerin.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony M. Anzalone of Sarasota, FL, Edward S. Anzalone of New Castle and Patrica A. Myers (Dan) of Mercer, PA; her children-in-law, Lisa M. Anzalone of New Castle, PA and Russell Smith of Mercer, PA; her sister Dorothy "Dotti" Walker of Pittsburgh, PA; her grandchildren, Tessa Anzalone (Kris), Alyssa Johnson (Chris, Jr.), Isabella Anzalone, Carissa Pokrant (Taylor), Elizabeth Armstrong (Seth), David Carfang, Casey Carfang, Rebecca Torrey (Kenneth), Samantha Anzalone, Quinton Anzalone, Audrey Payne (Alex), Anthony Anzalone, Adrienne Anzalone and Alivia Anzalone; and her great grandchildren, Lucas, Layla, Liliana, Winston, Hawke, Meredith, Benjamin, Wyatt and Jackson.
