Visitation was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the William F. DeCarbo & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home (926 Cunningham Ave, New Castle, PA 16101). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
