He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward I. Minteer and Mary Ann Minteer (Wilson); his wife Betty J. Minteer (Baxter); and his son-in-law William Fuller. He is survived by: his children, Karrie Fuller of New Castle and James Calvin Minteer (Casey) of Struthers, Ohio; his stepson David Leasure (Mindy) of New Castle; and his siblings, Terry Minteer of Jackson Center, PA, Jeffery Minteer of Hermitage, PA, Michael Minteer of Brookfield, OH, Bonnie Minteer of Sharon, PA and Sandra Flick of Clarion. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (2429 Wilmington Rd, New Castle, PA 16105). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
