She was predeceased by: her father Samuel Boyer; her husband George A. Strayer, Sr.; and her son George A. Strayer, Jr. of New Castle. She is survived by: her mother Audrey Jean Boyer (Bartelak); her children, Samuel E. Strayer (Nicole) of New Castle, Belinda M. Mills (Joseph) of New Castle and Kenneth J. Strayer (Amy) of New Castle; and her sister Audrey Kelly of New Castle. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home (926 Cunningham Ave, New Castle, PA 16101). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel (926 Cunningham Ave, New Castle, PA 16101).
