He was predeceased by: his parents, Arturo Recchione and Lucia Recchione (DelMonaco); his wife Mary Ann Recchione (Buonpane); and his brother Oswaldo Recchione. He is survived by: his children, Joanne Dunmyre (Winn) of Pittsburgh, Lisa Recchione of New Castle and Louis Recchione, Jr. (Kim) of New Castle; his grandchildren, Sam (Courtney), Alex Dunmyre, Kiara, Arielle Recchione, Hannah and Jaiden Jones; and his sister Marie Ferrari of France.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the William F. DeCarbo & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home (926 Cunningham Ave, New Castle, PA 16101). A Mass will be held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel (926 Cunningham Ave, New Castle, PA 16101).
