He was predeceased by: his parents, Patsy Nero and Julia Nero (Santillo); his wife Darlene R. Ritchie; and his siblings, Anthony, Joseph, Charles, Benjamin, Alfonso Nero, Teresa Ludovici, Mary Newman, Antoinetta Carbone, Margaret Fontana, Jane Nero, Veronica Nero and Ann Voras.
He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Ferchaw (Michael), James Nero and Allyson Williamson (Tom, Jr.); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Ferchaw, Victoria Ferchaw, Gabrielle Nero, James Nero II, Corinne Williamson and Jonathan Williamson; and his great grandchildren, Carter Ferchaw and Winsley Graham.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Holy Spirit Parish (910 S Mercer St, New Castle, PA 16101).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
