She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Johns and Mary Johns (Assad); her husband Mike Jacobs; and her siblings, Buddy, James, Amen, Eddie Johns, Maleda Assid, Lillian Pellom, Rose Abraham and Ann Mauro.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Jacobs of New Castle, Kathleen L. Fedrizzi (Robert) of New Castle and Tammy J. O'Brien (Michael) of Syracuse, NY; her grandchildren, Robert Fedrizzi, Jr., Cynthia Pry, Ty Murphy, Andrea Grassel, Shane Murphy and Sydney Murphy; and her sister Freida Rohan of Youngstown, OH.. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the William F. DeCarbo & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home (926 Cunningham Ave, New Castle, PA 16101). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Three Rivers Hospice and St. Jude's Children's Hospital. Make a donation to one of the following charities in remembrance of Martha Jacobs.
