We announce the death of Mary Ann Cangey of New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 13, 2026, at the age of 82. Mary Ann will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry A. Valle and Ann Valle (Flack); her husband Joseph W. Cangey; and her son Joseph Anthony Cangey. She is survived by: her son Michael Alan Cangey of New Castle; her brothers, Robert H. Valle (Judy) of Amherst, NY and John R. Valle of New Cumberland, PA; and her nieces and nephews, Joan Marie Kershaw, Julie Valle, Louann Rossman, Jeff Valle and John Valle.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home (2429 Wilmington Rd, New Castle, PA 16105).
