She was predeceased by: her parents, Angelo Ferrare Sr. and Josephine Ferrare (Chill); her husband Guy A. Merlino; and her brothers, Benjamin, Samuel, Henry and Angelo Ferrare.
She is survived by: her children, Frank (Christine) and Gina (Robert Severino); and her grandchildren, Bianca Severino, Anthony Merlino and Marissa Sinito (Frank). She is also survived by children and grandchildren.
