He is survived by : his wife Susan Hervatine (Dudoic); his daughter Lisa Costello (Michael) of Parkland, FL; his stepchildren, Preston Sager of New Castle, Amanda Sager of New Castle and Waylon Sager of New Castle; and his stepgrandchildren, Christopher, Jordan, Nicholas, Savannah and Ryan. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
