He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Grimes and Georgeanne Grimes (Vitullo); and his siblings, Rob Evans, Tony Evans, John "Smokey" Vitullo, Laura Evans and Kris Gorosics.
He is survived by: his wife Vicki Foster; his children, Michael "Mickey" Patrick Evans, Jr. (Kaitlyn Heeter) of New Castle, PA, Brandon Allen (Kelli) of West Pittsburgh, PA, Dakota Allen (Jeannette McCreery) of New Castle, PA and Cassie Evans (Shane Biddle) of New Castle, PA; his sister Cindy Montalvo of Boardman, OH; and his grandchildren, Cora and Lincoln. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
