She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Wink and Hanna Wink; her husband Ralph E. Bott; her son Robert L. Bott; her granddaughter Amanda Bott; and her daughter-in-law Denise.
She is survived by: her children, Janet L. Puzio (Stanley) of New Castle and Douglas Bott of Volant. She is also survived by four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
