He was predeceased by: his siblings, Mike "Red" Mehelic and Ann Sarvas; and his stepson Michael Panella, III. He is survived by: his wife Angela M Mehelic (Petrello); his children, Nicholas Mehelic (Ann) of Hudson, OH and Andrea Radar (Joe) of Virginia; and his stepson Jeffrey Panella (Wendy) of Union Twp. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the J. Bradley McGonigle F. H. & Crematory, Inc. - New Castle (111 W Falls St, New Castle, PA 16101). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Madonna Cemetery (828 S Scotland Ln, New Castle, PA 16101).
