We are sad to announce that on November 21, 2020, at the age of 47, Pam Stewart of New Castle, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, George C. Moore and Erla M. Smiley Moore. She is survived by : her husband Michael "Scott" Stewart; her son Erik Palmer of New Castle; and her brother David Moore (Jeannie). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be on Friday, 1:00 p. m. to 2:00 p. m. at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, 941 South Mill St. Visitors are required to adhere to CDC guidelines regarding the wearing of masks and practicing social distancing.
