It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggie A. Julian of New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 19, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Peggie had on those she encountered along her journey. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ferdinand Reiter and Dorothy Reiter (Roberts); her daughter Lisa Pullium; and her siblings, Edward, Ronald Reiter and Beverley Guinaugh.
She is survived by: her husband Philip J. Julian; her children, Cyndi Watson (Eldon) of New Wilmington, PA, Tammy Abraham of New Castle, PA, Arnold Julian (Wendy) of Ellwood City, PA and Philip Julian (Erica) of New Castle, PA; and her brothers, Robert Reiter (Mary Ann) of New Castle, PA and Gary'Bucky'Reiter of Pittsburgh, PA. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
