He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Pratt and Ann Pratt (Morella); and his nephew Stephen P. Pratt. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his siblings, Pollyann Frank (Joseph) of New Castle, Richard Pratt (Elaine) of Bethel Park, Paul Pratt (Rali) of Santa Barbara, Ollie Pratt of New Castle and Pamela Pratt of Santa Barbara, California; and his nieces and nephews, Jodi Frank, Richard Pratt (Christie), Anthony Buzzelli Jr., Michael Pratt (Julie), Elizabeth Tonarelli (Jeff), Erin Miles (Bert), Jeffrey Pratt (Adrienne) and Paul Y. Pratt.
In lieu of flowers, and in honor of Ralph's lifelong love for animals, the family kindly asks that memorial contributions be made to the Lawrence County Humane Society in New Castle, PA.
