He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Vogan, Sr. and Charlotte Ford; his daughters, Cristan Vogan, Brandi Vogan and Lori Petronelis; and his brothers, Frank Vogan, Jr., Dennis Vogan, Sr. and David "Peach" Vogan.
He is survived by: his children, Robert "Charlie" Vogan (Lisa), Liane Ferrese (Brian) and Hope Magno (Ronald); his siblings, Gary Vogan, Rene Rickel and Cheryl Booher; and his niece Lisa. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and many loved nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (941 S Mill St, New Castle, PA 16107). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
