He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Criss and Margaret Criss (Nene); and his brother Richard Criss. He is survived by: his wife Laurie Criss (Fenechi); his children, Rebeckah Pruchnic of Florida, Robert H. Criss (Brandy) and Leah Anderson (Arlen) of Stevensville, MT; his nephew Jeremy Fenechi (Lisa) of San Antonio, TX; his sister Barbara Bolinger of New Castle; his grandchildren, Brittany Parenti (Joe), Tabitha Powell (Nico Jimenez), Gavin Criss, Gage Criss, Myla Criss, Richard Palmerine, Roman Palmerine, Thomas Anderson and Arthur Anderson; and his great grandchildren, Elliott Jimenez, Amelia Jimenez, Lorenzo Parenti, Lilly Jimenez and Sienna Parenti. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home and Crematory Inc. of New Castle (111 W Falls St, New Castle, PA 16101). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be directed to Bell Memorial Presbyterian Church, the ALS Association, or the Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA).
