Sandra Shepard Armstrong Obituary
We announce the death of Sandra Shepard Armstrong (New Castle, Pennsylvania), who passed away on July 23, 2026, at the age of 93. Sandra will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Sandra will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Sandra’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert O. Shepard and Marjorie Lane Shepard; her husband Robert E. Armstrong III; her grandsons, Luca Albisetti (Michaella Hoehn-Saric) and Sasha Armstrong; Jill and Heather Armstrong.
