He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Leslie and Carrie Shaffer; and his brother Albert Shaffer (Vickie). He is survived by: his wife Jessilyn; his children, Leslie Mills (Mitch) and Thomas (T. J.); his grandchildren, Andrew Koelliker, Mackenzie Shaffer, Lindsay Alger, Braeden Shaffer, Ellison Shaffer and Christian Mills; and his great grandchildren, Abigail and J. J..
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Calendar Marshall Funeral Home (200 Fountain Ave, Ellwood City, PA 16117). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to Tunnel to Towers, Wounded Warrior Project, or to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
