He is survived by: his fiancée Lori Quear; his sons, Robert Neely and Micah Neely; his stepsons, Howard Quear and Anthony Quear; his siblings, Gerald Neely (Karen), Jeffrey Neely (Sharon), Blanche Stalnecker and Renee Durst (Frank); and his grandchildren, Mark and Ryan.
