He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Cox and Eleanor McMillin Cox; his wife Joan Delores Koelliker; and his sister Ruth Powell. He is survived by: his daughter Judith Squeglia (Nick); his sister Esther Koppenlaver; and his grandchildren, Christopher Squeglia (Melissa), Jonathan Squeglia, Vincent, Harper, Callen and Stella. He is also survived by his two nephews and his niece.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Commonwealth Hospice of Pittsburgh, who the family wishes to thank for their wonderful care of William.
