McMillen; his children, Kay Thomas of New Castle, PA, Brenda Keely (Larry) of Raleigh, NC, Sue Keely of New Castle, PA and James Keely (Kathryn) of Berlin, MD; his sister Linda McKay of New Castle, PA; his grandchildren, Joshua Thomas (Brittany), Christopher Thomas (Krista), Nathan Keely, Claire Keely and McKenzie Williams; and his great grandchild Charlotte.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (2429 Wilmington Rd, New Castle, PA 16105). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
