She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Curtis Noll; her sons, Terry, Rodney and Mark; her parents, Jacob Engle and Maude Troxell Engle; her close friend Mary Ellen Blyler of Watsontown; her brother Nevin Engle; her extended family, Richard and Jean Noll Engle; and her grandchildren, Naomi, Nina and Colby. She was also cherished by parents, 28 cousins, and a loving brother.
Millie lived life to the fullest and will be remembered for her many achievements, accomplishments, her gracious personality and donating much time to civic organizations such as the PTA, New Columbia Bicentennial, and the local civic center in New Columbia.
