He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert K. Young and Jennie M. Young (Rider); and his siblings, C. Scott Young, Robert K. Young Jr., Robert K. Young III and Victoria Burrows.
He is survived by: his wife Mary L. Meckley; his children, Steven Young of West Milton, Jeffrey Young (Hazie) of New Columbia and Brenda Young of West Milton; his sister Virginia Edinger (David) of West Milton; and his siblings-in-law, Krystal Young of New Columbia and Wayne Burrows of New Columbia. He is also survived by six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren.
