She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Givens and Alpha Givens (Weil). She is survived by: her husband Richard "Rick" Smith of New Cumberland, PA; her children, Chrissy E. Schwaback (Ray) of El Dorado, OH and Sam Falise Jr. (Holly) of West York, PA; and her siblings, Robert Givens (Julie) of Baltimore, MD, Jeannie Cobaugh (Don) of Sykesville, MD, Patricia Givens of Hampstead, MD, Earlene Onheiser (Paul) of Westminster, MD and Susan Alascia (Michael) of Westminster, MD. She is also survived by five grandchildren, and nineteen great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Myers-Baker Funeral Home (1903 Market St, Camp Hill, PA 17011). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 2:15 PM at the Rolling Green Cemetery (1811 Carlisle Rd, Camp Hill, PA 17011).
