He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Rustay and Ethel Rustay (Stile). He is survived by: his wife Mary Bowers (Tyson); his sons, Bob Jr. (Maria) and Dan Rustay (Cheri); his stepsons, Josh Bowers (Katie Baker) and Kacey Bowers (Marisa); his grandchildren, Robert, Shaunna, Cali, Chase, Iver, Troy, Dash and Camden; his sister Linda Unger; and his sibling's children, Tracy Unger-Gabor, Geoff Unger and Michael Serra.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Oak Grove Club (6 Schuler St, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702).
