He is survived by: his parents, Carl Edward Long and Wendy Hall Kirby of Charles Town, WV; his stepmother Holly Long of Harpers Ferry, WV; his siblings, Lillian Kirby of Charles Town, WV and John Kirby of Charles Town, WV; his grandparents, Nancy Myers of Purcellville, VA, Rocky and Cathy Hall of Harpers Ferry, WV; and his fiancée Hannah Bechtel of New Enterprise, PA..
