With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Della Mae (Detwiler) Grubb of New Enterprise, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Della left this world on September 26, 2025 at the age of 87, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle Detwiler and Elda Detwiler (Replogle); and her brother Robert W. Detwiler. She is survived by: her husband Ray E. Grubb; her children, Kevin Grubb (Pam), Krista Walters (Tim Kelly) and Karolyn Mundy (Chris); her grandchildren, Cale Grubb, Jessica Grubb, Michael Walters, Maria Bolger, Jenna Claycomb (Parker), Kasey Williams (Brock) and Preston Mundy (Allie); her great grandchildren, Jenna Bolger, Alec Bolger, Chauncey Mundy, Wes Mundy, Lane Claycomb and Emery Williams; and her siblings, Allen M. Detwiler and Wanda J. Amick. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the New Enterprise Church of the Brethren (3715 W Brumbaugh Rd, New Enterprise, PA 16664). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Della Mae's name may be made to the New Enterprise Church of the Brethren (3729 Brumbaugh Road – PO Box 98 New Enterprise, PA 16664).
