With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Dorothy D. Gamble (New Florence, Pennsylvania), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, James C. Dick and Emma May Dick (Liggett); her husband Robert L. Gamble; and her brothers, Col. James L. Dick and Dr. John M. Dick.
She is survived by: her children, Cindra Shearman (John), New Florence, Robert A. Gamble, Lu Ann Hosek of Dyke, VA, Lindon D. Gamble (Mary) and Vernon Gamble (Phyllis) of Winchester, VA; and her grandchildren, Eric Gamble, Valerie Strohm, Lindon C. Gamble, Timothy Hosek, Nicole Englert, Stephen Gamble, Josh Shearman and Alicia Hastings. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
