With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Samuel Payne (New Florence, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 11, 2026 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Samuel shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Samuel farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Payne and Amy Payne (Muir); and his siblings, Alvin "Les" Payne, Boyd Payne, Richard Payne, Shirley McKinney and Jean Burkett.
He is survived by: his sons, Brad Payne (Melissa) and Seward (Billie).
